Construction of The Real Canadian Superstore & Gas Bar commenced in November 1992 and was completed July 24, 1993. The building foundation was completed during winter conditions and utilized a large construction contingent to maintain the short
construction schedule. The building includes a 115,000 square foot floor area, structural steel frame and canopy, precast panel wall construction, eight pump gas bar and 14 acre parking lot.
